Hello my Chic Friends, Kelly Osbourne has been on my eye for quite sometime. I begin watching her when she was on the TV Show The Osbournes. But after a while, Kelly started loosing weight while on the TV Show Dancing with the Stars, and then became one of the host of the E! TV Show Fashion Police. In addition, She was the face of Madonna's Clothing Line, Material Girl. Back in October 2012, Kelly won the Ultimate Style Icon Award by Cosmopolitan Awards. Shall we see her Style......
