Cape Kind of Day

Hello my Chic Friends, The temperatures here in New England ( Rhode Island, US) had been very cold in the last few days. And I meant 10, 5, -5! Also the wind did not help at all. It's like feeling a slapped in your face! Today I decided to wear a turtleneck with this gorgeous cape that I was craving for a couple of weeks ago. It was the perfect time to do so, and the boots are so beautiful and comfortable that I could not believe it was until I put my foot in! Shall we see the outfit!
