Color Block. Green & Blue

It was a gorgeous day today. Beautiful sun, nice temperature, and who did not want to go out with this type of weather? I want to wear this peplum top with a nice color at the bottom so I opted for my new colbat blue skinny. The result, a nice color block outfit!
