Color Change

Happy Easter everyone!. Around this time every year I try to change my hair color and it always involve a darker color. I feel that because the Summer is getting closer, we all like to go outdoor, to the pool or beach, well we want to be out and about. Therefore, I prefer to go a littler darker so my hair can be less damage. What do you like to do when the hottest season is almost here?

Creo que como el Verano esta cerca, nos gusta salir para la calle, a la piscina o a la playa, en fin queremos estar afuera. Por eso, prefiero usar el pelo un poco mas oscuro para que asi no se maltrate mucho. Qué les gusta hacer cuando la temporada más caliente se está acercando?

Dark & Cold

Everybody is so happy because Spring is here, well not me!. It's been kind of ugly here with the cloudiness, and the rainy, and the ice rainy, that I cannot tell if is really spring or just another winter day. As you can see I decided to go with my mood, all black with a touch of color (and you cannot even see it that much). Nevertheless, I love this dark outfit because it looks so rock and sophisticated at the same time. Would you consider this a Gothic look? What are your thoughts?

Spanish: Todo el mundo esta contentísimo para ya llego la Primavera, menos yo!. Aquí ha estado feo con toda esta nublacion, lluvias, lluvias frizadas, ya ni se si puedo decir que de verdad estamos en la primavera y no que es otro día de invierno. Como pueden darse cuenta decidí vestirme como me sentía, toda de negro pero con un toque de color (que ni creo que lo puedan ver). Sin embargo, amo este outfit oscuro ya que luce como rockera y sofisticada al mismo tiempo. Acaso consideran ustedes este look como Gótico? Qué ustedes piensan?

Double Outerwear

It's been freezing here in Indiana and in order for me to get out of the house was by wearing two outerwear at the same time!. Have this ever happened to you (if you live in cold weather)? If the climate continues like this, you will see me wearing a scarf as big as the one that Lenny Kravitz was wearing the other day.

Spanish: Aqui en Indiana ha estado congelado y para yo salir fuera de la casa tuve que ponerme dos abrigos al mismo tiempo!. Esto le ha pasado a ustedes (si viven en donde hace frío)? Snowy

A little bit of snow is okay, hopefully we don't get as much snow as the East Coast. It is horrible over there and I heard they expect more during the week. I forgot to tell you that I moved from Rhode Island, just in time to avoid the Blizzard!.

About this look, it is safe to say that I have been layering like crazy but at least I am not freezing, lol. One of the things that I still cannot get used to are snow boots. I have been looking for a nice/cute pair but still cannot find something that I will love for years to come. If you know any please comment in this post, so I can go and check it out!

Spanish: Un poco de nieve está bien, solo espero que no nos caiga tanta como les cayo a la Costa Este. Esa área está horrible y escuche de que esperan más durante la semana. Se me había olvidado decirles que me mude de Rhode Island, justamente antes de que cayera la tormenta.

Acerca de este look, es seguro decirles que he estado como loca poniéndome muchas capas de ropa, pero al menos no me estoy frisando, lol.  De lo único que no me acostumbro es de usar botas de nieve. He estado buscando por unas que sean buenas/lindas pero todavía no he encontrado una que me puedan servir por muchos años. Si ustedes saben de alguna, por favor déjenme un comentario en este post, así puedo ir a chequearla!.

Pink

There are moments when you want to wear classic pieces, but you also want some sort of a statement garment with your look. That's the reason why I choose to wear this pink jacket with my outfit. While everything is effortless and simple, the jacket gives it a look-at-me kind of feel. What do you think about this look?

Hello my Chic Friends. Check is one of the trends that is still on the radar! One of the things I like to do is pairing with another print, like this small polka dots blouse. Everything kept simple but with a pop of color on the clutch and lips!. What do you think about this look?
