Hello my Chic Friends. This past Thursday was the Latino TV Channel (telemundo) award, Tu Mundo 2013. Where they awarded best Latin soap opera (novelas), music, reality shows, and cine latino. Here I have my best and worst of the night.

Friday Wish List

Hello my Chic Friends. As the Fall Season approach, I begin my online search for pieces to add to my closet. It is always necessary to find good items to enhanced your wardrobe!, classic garments and statement pieces are a most when you are shopping for clothes/accessories. On the other hand, be very careful expending a lot of money on trendy items because "a trend" can be only for a year or two and then you will have to either sell it (and not receive much for it) or donate it (which is my favorite), so invest in a classic "never go out of style" garment and use it and re-use it any season, and any time. Here are a list of what I want right now.

Current Obsession; Midi Skirts

Hello my Chic Friends. It is not a full long skirt, it is not a short or a mini skirt. It is a midi skirt! just enough to show some legs but not short enough that you can almost see what's underneath it. Yeah there are some micro minis out there!. Nevertheless, this style of skirt gives you the elegance and the casual feel in any outfit that you can or feel to create, and that's how I like it!. By the way, it is also in everybody's approval which means that any body type can wear it and look fabulous on it. Here I have a few ideas in case you need it any help.

Red Stripes.

  Hello my Chic Friends. Are you like me, when you like something you start buying it in big quantities? The reason, was that today when I was searching for a top "tank top" to be exact, I came to realize how many stripes tops do I have. Oh lord! It is like a jail wardrobe in my drawer. Hahahaha I really like this red stripes one because it feels so fresh and easy to wear. Also, I love wearing linen pants during the summer, especially because they look like you are on vacation at the beach. And, of course to make the look more beachy casual I wore my yellow espadrilles sandals in which I bought it on sale last year at Loft for $5 bucks! Me love some deals!!!!!!!!

Late Afternoon.

Hello my Chic Friends. As I had many things to do, I did not have time to take the photos earlier today. Nevertheless, I got some pretty good ones. Pastels colors are so summery, but don't worry because they are going to be a fall/winter staples too. I already saw it on the September Issue (Lucky Magazine). That is the reason why I wore my black top, just to welcome Fall (in my mind, I do love fall season). One of my favorite accessory is my Michael Kors bag, the reason is because it is so versatile, I can put anything inside and still have space, and it was my first MK's bag that my Hubby gave it to me on Christmas Day.

I love this shoes by Isola (via TJ Maxx), the only problem is that it is big now (Size 9) because I bought it while pregnant.
